テックリードとして、AIネイティブな開発組織を牽引し、
プロダクトを次のステージへと飛躍させる役割を担っていただきます。
AIファーストな開発チームをリードし、AIネイティブな開発手法の導入・浸透、
生成AIを活用したプロダクトの価値向上を行います。
最新AI技術の調査・レポートも行い、組織全体のAIリテラシー向上に貢献します。
月極駐車場マッチングサービスやレンタルスペース事業、
遊休資産に関する新規事業など、様々なフェーズ・規模の事業があります。
【具体的には】
・ プロダクト新規事業~業界No.1まで、様々なフェーズ・規模の事業があり、
興味のある事業を選んで開発を行うことができます。
【求める人材】
・ Webアプリケーションの開発経験8年以上(言語不問、Golang PHP Python Rubyなど)
・ RDBMSを用いた開発経験(MySQL PostgreSQLなど)
・ チームリーダー、またはそれに準ずる経験3年以上(少人数チームでも可)
・ サーバー・クラウドに関する基礎知識
・ 生成AIを用いた開発の調査経験
【歓迎】
・ 大規模Webサービスの開発・運用経験
・ クラウドプラットフォーム(AWS GCP Azure)上での開発・運用経験
・ 生成AI関連技術(LLM StableDiffusion等)を用いた開発経験
・ Cursor/Clineなどを用いた開発経験
・ アジャイル開発(Scrum Kanban等)の経験
・ オフショア開発の経験
【給与】
年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
