お客様からヒアリングした要件を基にプログラムを設計し、実装するまでをご担当いただきます。
お客様から求められた内容で設計構築を進めるだけではなく、より良いアプローチがあれば、それを取り入れながら最適な設計を目指します。
なお、利用技術はAWS導入(オンプレミスからクラウドへの移行)からクラウドネイティブなサーバーレス開発など多岐にわたります。案件規模(小中規模)によってはエンジニアとして手を動かしつつも、プロジェクトマネジメントなど技術を軸として業務の幅を広げ、経験を積んでいけます。
お客様への提案として、EC2やRDSを利用したAWSの汎用的な構成での提案ではなく、AWSのマネージドサービス(ECSやAWS Lambda)を積極的に活用し、アプリとインフラの境界線がないシステム作りに携わることができ、システム全体について見渡して提案ができるエンジニアとしての成長ができます。
具体的な業務内容
プログラムの設計/構築を推進していくエンジニアとして、AWSを基盤したシステムの設計や構築を実施いただきます。
お客様との打ち合わせ、提案およびヒアリング、プロジェクトハンドリング
アプリケーションの要件定義、設計、実装・運用
顧客提案のためのアーキテクチャ・技術検証(最先端の技術・サービスを実際に利用し提案に活かせます)
アジャイルメイン、ウォーターフォールもあるが社風からもプロジェクトを主体的にすすめることが多くなります。
スキルセットベースでなく、作りたいアプリケーションベースなので、自由度高く提案できるので最新の技術を取り入れて提案できます。

・顧客の課題を技術をつかって解決していくために、直接顧客と対話をしながら案件をリードしていきたい(プロジェクトリーダー、プロジェクトマネージャー)
・顧客要望に答えるのみでなく、新しい技術を取り入れた構成の提案など、主体的に動けるクラウドアーキテクトになりたい
・机上で迷うよりもすぐに試行し、結果から学び活かせる方
・自らの職務範囲を超えた内容でも目の前にある課題に責任を持って完遂できる方
