Objectives of the Position


The objectives of this position are to

  • Achieve own sales target and to maximize the sales and market share through product positioning which is based on customer value in Turf business.
  • Manage responsible customers as representative of BASF AP PSS sales.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

  • Carry out efficient sales activity to achieve the sales budget which is based on responsible customers/area by efficient communication with relevant authorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales forecast of responsible accounts.
  • Management of customers profiles, rebate calculation, product shipment, payment receivable, sales promotion, Customers' claim etc of responsible accounts.
  • Plan and Implement sales promotion and technical Activities to Golf courses which are related to responsible area.
  • Propose new promotion activities, LCM and market plans & strategies to contribute to Turf business.
  • Follow the company compliance.
  • Support sales manager by e.g. monitoring forecast accuracy and leading project activities which have been transferred.
  • Supervise/consult junior colleagues at the appropriate time.

Job Requirements


Education

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Better to have English speaking and writing ability


Working Experience

  • 10 years' Work experience in Agrochemical business, turf sales/marketing experience is highly preferred.


Technical & Professional Knowledge

  • Knowledge about Japan turf market, products and competitors.
