• Supporting Sales Activities/Deal Support: Assist sales teams with Sales Manager forecast based on readiness assessment
• Winning Proposal: Engage with prospects eager to adopt HCM solutions, and propose winning scenarios
• HCM Expertise: Use deep knowledge of Human Capital Management and HR practices in Japan to advocate for cloud-native HCM solutions
• Community Building: Lead a community of HR professionals, industry experts, and potential clients, offering insights into the unique HR landscape in Japan
• Networking: Cultivate relationships with influential HR thought leaders and organizations in Japan
• Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders about cloud-native HCM solutions
