<仕事内容>

太陽光発電や蓄電システムの施工管理として、

次世代エネルギー事業を支えるお仕事です。

設計から施工・保守まで一貫して手掛けており、

あなたには工事管理の中心として活躍いただきます。

作業は外部協力会社が担当するため、

現場作業ではなく「管理業務」に集中できる環境です。

<具体的なお仕事>

◎工事準備:販売会社からの依頼内容を確認し、

必要に応じて現地調査を実施。

◎工程・品質管理:委託スタッフへの指示、

作業スケジュールや品質・安全を管理。

◎協力会社対応:発注・資材調達・進捗調整などを行い、

スムーズな施工をサポート。

◎報告業務:進捗報告書や写真、竣工書類の作成。

工事は東北・中部エリアが中心ですが、

今後は全国への展開にも関われます。

【歓迎条件】

・電気施工管理技士(一級・二級問わず)の資格保有者 ・電気工事または施工管理に関する基礎知識があり、OJTを通じて専門スキルを短期間で習得できる方

・将来的に組織の内部管理やマネジメントに携わりたい意欲のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実動7時間、休憩120分)

※1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均労働時間40時間)

※実際の時間外労働は月平均20時間程度です。

休暇・休日:

・年間休日日数115日

・月7休制(会社カレンダーによる)

・週休:土日休み(一部、土曜日の出勤があります)

・祝日は原則、勤務です。

・年間有給休暇:10日~(入社半年経過後付与)

・特別休暇(慶弔など)

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,120,000 〜 ¥3,240,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥65,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【年俸制について】

年俸額(312万円~324万円)を12分割して毎月支給します。月給額には、基本給と固定残業代(月40時間分)が含まれます。

月額内訳: ・基本給:195,000円~205,000円

・固定残業手当(40時間分):65,000円

※月40時間を超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加で全額支給します。

【その他手当】

・通勤手当(上限20,000円/月)

・役職手当(課長候補として別途支給)

【注意事項】

賞与は年俸に含まれているため、別途支給はありません。

【モデル年収例】

・入社3年目 一般社員(未資格):年収380万円(月給31.6万円)

・入社5年目 主任(二級電気施工管理技士):年収450万円(月給37.5万円)

・入社7年目 課長(一級電気施工管理技士):年収550万円(月給45.8万円)
