既存・新規を問わず複数事業の課題解決・価値向上に取り組んでいただきます。

① 既存事業の立て直し/事業リデザイン ※地方拠点含む

<主な業務内容>

・既存事業の経営課題の分析と可視化(収益構造、顧客動向、競合状況など)

・市場・顧客ニーズの再調査とポジショニング再設計

・プロダクト・サービス改善のディレクション

・営業・マーケティング施策の再構築

・チーム体制やKPI設計の見直し支援

・社内ステークホルダーとの連携・推進

・社会課題や業界構造を起点としたテーマ探索・仮説設計

・事業コンセプト・ビジネスモデルの立案

・顧客インタビューやPoCによる仮説検証(MVP開発含む)

・事業計画の策定と社内投資判断プロセスの推進

・新規事業の立ち上げと初期グロース支援(1→10)

<入社後の流れ>

1~2ヶ月目:

・会社の事業全体像と思想への理解

・担当領域を持ち、業務改善・構造課題の仮説立て~実行

・週次でのフィードバック/月次での振り返りを通じて事業推進力を磨く

・チームやプロジェクトの責任範囲を徐々に拡大していきます

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(所定労働時間8時間、休憩1時間)

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム10:00~15:00)

土,日,祝日,年末,年始,有給,慶弔 この求人は、経営視点での事業開発に関わるポジションであり、土日祝日が休みで、年末年始や有給休暇も充実しています。初年度から有給が10日付与され、勤続年数に応じて最大20日まで増加します。また、慶弔休暇や出産・育児休暇もあり、特に男性社員の育児休暇取得実績がある点が特徴です。
