【職務概要】
マネージャーとして、全社のコンプライアンス体制の構築・運営を中心にご担当いただきます。主要なミッションは、宅建業・銀行代理業・工事請負業をはじめとする業法対応を踏まえ、会社の成長に伴うリスクに先回りして対応できる仕組みをつくることです。このほか、契約書レビューや許認可管理といった法務業務も一定数発生します。

■コンプライアンス体制の設計・運用
■社内規程の整備・教育・浸透活動
■新規事業/新規許認可事業におけるリスクアセスメントと体制構築
■役職員へのコンプライアンス研修・啓発活動
■トラブル・インシデント対応
■関係官庁・外部専門家との折衝・リレーション構築
■契約書の作成・審査
■許認可の管理・更新手続き

■事業会社における法務またはコンプライアンス関連業務経験がある方(3年以上)

■業法に基づくコンプライアンス体制の設計・運用経験(宅建業・銀行代理業・工事請負業等)がある方
■toC事業会社での経験がある方
■リスク管理委員会等の運営経験がある方
■ベンチャー/成長企業での勤務経験がある方
■宅地建物取引士の資格をお持ちの方
【給与】
年収:700万~900万程度
月給制:月額540000円
給与:■スキル、経験に応じて社内規定により決定
賞与:業績変動(前期賞与実績:月給1ヶ月分の現金支給)
昇給:年2回(4月・10月)
