法務・コンプライアンス担当マネージャー(企画立案・推進)

業務内容

マネージャーとして、全社のコンプライアンス体制の構築・運営を中心に担当いただきます。

主要なミッションは、宅建業・銀行代理業・工事請負業をはじめとする業法対応を踏まえ、会社の成長に伴うリスクに先回りして対応できる仕組みをつくることです。

このほか、契約書レビューや許認可管理といった法務業務も一定数発生します。

【具体的な業務内容】

・宅建業・銀行代理業・工事請負業に関連する法令・業法対応

・コンプライアンス体制の設計・運用

・社内規程の整備、教育、浸透活動

・新規事業/新規許認可事業におけるリスクアセスメントと体制構築

・役職員へのコンプライアンス研修・啓発活動

・トラブル・インシデント対応

・関係官庁・外部専門家との折衝・リレーション構築

・契約書の作成・審査

・許認可の管理・更新手続き

給与

想定年収:7,000,000円~9,000,000円

月給:540,000円~700,000円(一律手当を含む)

<賃金内訳>

基本給:399,400円~517,900円

固定残業代(45時間分/月):140,600円~182,100円

※スキル、経験に応じて社内規程により決定いたします。

勤務時間

10:00~19:00を中心としたフレックスタイム制

(コアタイム 11:00-16:00、フレックスタイム 5:00-22:00)

※押印対応等が発生するため、原則出社いただくことを基本としますが、柔軟な働き方を尊重します。

休日休暇

年間休日:123日

土日祝日、有給休暇(入社日に、入社月に応じた日数を最大10日付与。以降毎年8月1日に在籍年数に応じた日数を付与。)、年末年始休暇、結婚休暇(5日)、出産休暇(3日)、忌引休暇(最長10日)

必要経験

【必須】

・事業会社における法務またはコンプライアンス関連業務経験(目安3年以上)

・社内外の関係者と調整・推進を行うコミュニケーション力

【歓迎】

・業法に基づくコンプライアンス体制の設計・運用経験(宅建業・銀行代理業・工事請負業など)

・toC事業会社での経験

・リスク管理委員会等の運営経験

・ベンチャー/成長企業での勤務経験

・宅建免許保有者
