職務内容
- 各部署からのコンプライアンス相談対応および助言
- 法令・社内規程の遵守状況モニタリング、改善提案
- 新規事業・サービス企画時のコンプライアンスリスク評価
- 社内規程の整備・改訂、運用管理
- コンプライアンス研修の企画・実施
- 監督当局・業界団体向け報告書作成および対応
- 不祥事・インシデント発生時の調査、再発防止策立案
- 各種プロジェクトにおける法務・コンプライアンス支援
理想の人材
必須要件(目安:3年以上)
- 金融機関(カード、銀行、証券等)でのコンプライアンス実務経験
- または、監督官庁(金融関連)での業務経験
歓迎要件
- 監督・検査業務経験を有する当局出身者
- コンサルティングファーム/監査法人での関連業務経験
- 新規事業開発における法務・コンプライアンス支援経験
- 金融関連法規に関する基礎知識(割販法、貸金業法、AML/CFT等)
- データ分析を用いたリスク評価経験
