本社・管理部門にて、

法務、コンプライアンス業務全般をお任せいたします。

責任者の下、下記業務に従事していただきます。

<具体的には>

弊社ビジネスに関連する法的課題の解決

会社運営の上で必要な法務のチェック

契約書のレビュー、作成

コンプライアンスに関する教育・研修

知財に関する対応

議事録、取締役会、株主総会準備

各種渉外活動

官公庁、業界団体との折衝

法令等に基づく社内規程の整備

社内外のトラブルや訴訟に対する対応

※顧問弁護士事務所と連携 等

残業あり月平均0~10h

→繁忙期 閑散期により業務量はマチマチですが

無理なくメリハリを持って勤務可能です

基本的には土日祝休みで運用しています

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥261,000 〜 ¥348,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,100〜¥80,100(39時間相当分)を含む。39時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
