仕事概要
テックドクターは、ウェアラブルデバイス等のデータを活用して医療課題を解決する、ヘルステックスタートアップ企業です。 テックドクターについて 『データで"調子"をよくする時代へ』をビジョンに掲げ、2019年に慶應義塾大学医学部の研究チームから創業。医療(医師/研究員)×データ(アドテクノロジー)のエキスパートで構成されたチームで、医学的視点とデータ解析を強みとしています。研究員も多数チームに在籍しており、事業開発やプロダクト開発に携わりながら、医学研究に関わることも可能です。 事業内容 テックドクターでは、ウェアラブルデバイス等から取得できる24時間・365日の生体データを解析し、体の変化や治療等による変化を捉える「デジタルバイオマーカー(dBM)」開発を目指しています。医療機関で診察を受けた際に測定される「点のデータ」に、こうした日常的な「線のデータ」を加えた新しい指標は、痛みや発作を伴う様々な疾患の管理やQOLの向上に有効であると考えます。 事業としては、医療・製薬・食品関連企業等や研究機関向けのデジタルバイオマーカー開発プラットフォーム「SelfBase(セルフベース)」と、ヘルスケアサービス・健康施策・プログラム医療機器(SaMD)などの開発を実現するデータプラットフォーム「Health Portal(ヘルスポータル)」を展開しています。 研究活動に基づく医学的な視点と、ウェアラブルデバイスや医療機器から収集された大量のデータをAIや機械学習で解析する技術を組み合わせ、あらゆる人々の健康とウェルビーイングの向上に貢献していきます。 プロダクト 【SelfBase】(https://www.technology-) ウェアラブルデバイス等で取得できるモニタリングデータや医療関連データの解析に特化した、デジタルバイオマーカー(dBM) 開発プラットフォームです。研究機関や、製薬・保険会社等の企業向けに提供し、疾病者を含む累積1000人以上の解析に使われています。 【Health Portal】(https://www.technology-) データを活用したヘルスケアサービス、健康施策、プログラム医療機器(SaMD)の開発などを実現するプラットフォームです。集積したデバイスデータを連携し、テックドクター独自のアルゴリズム(デジタルバイオマーカー)を搭載することで、ユーザーに新たな価値を提供できます。 役割期待 法務・コンプライアンスマネージャーと共に、事業上のリスクの経営陣への報告、他部署との連携など企業運営の改善をお願いいたします。 業務内容 法務/コンプライアンス ・契約関連業務(利用規約、契約書の作成、審査、交渉、手続) ・知的財産(法的手続、管理) ・法律相談、訴訟・係争対応 ・リスクマネジメント(社内的危機管理) ・弁護士事務所等との折衝(PCPL/内田鮫島法律事務所/Oneip 弁理士法人他) ・社内コンプライアンス推進(コンプライアンス委員会設立、通報制度整理、規程整理、コンプライアンス体制運営) ・その他法務関連業務(社員教育、関連法令対応、DOA 管理他) その他 利用ツール ・SmartHR ・ラクロー ・Kitera ・マネーフォワード ・バクラク 契約済み外部コンサルタント ・プロコミットパートナーズ法律事務所(PCPL) ・内田鮫島法律事務所 ・Oneip 弁理士法人 ・咲くやこの花弁護士事務所 (雇入れ直後)法務・コンプライアンス(変更の範囲)会社の指示する業務
