- 仕事内容
- ソムリエとしての接客業務はもちろん、
スタッフの育成やワインの在庫管理、
ワインリストの見直しなど
お店の中心部を担うお仕事もお任せします。
\開店前の準備もお任せ/
お店の動線などのオペレーションを
整えたり、事前試食会を開催したり
開店のための準備にも携われるのは
オープニングメンバーならでは
イチからワインリストの作成も携われます

資格
<必須条件>
・ホテルやレストランでのソムリエ経験3年以上
・ワインの仕入れ、在庫管理の経験、ワインリストの作成経験
・ソムリエ資格
- 単価2万円以上の高級業態でのヘッドソムリエ経験がある方は給与考慮いたします
<優遇条件>
・日常会話レベルの英語力
・高単価レストランでの勤務経験
・ステーキハウスでの勤務経験

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり169時間18分

11:00~23:00

【休暇等】
- 入社時特別休暇(有給:3日、有給付与前までにやむを得ず欠勤となった場合に使用可能)

給与
月給 40万1100円~65万円
(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)
固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり8万8400円以上(固定残業時間:33時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
経験・スキルなどを考慮のうえ決定します。
- 給与改定(年1回)

月給が28万円以上の場合
固定残業時間:33時間
見合手当:\55,400以上
月給が61万円以上の場合
固定残業時間:40時間
見合手当:\139,079以上

- 法定休出手当
※管理監督者相当の場合は対象外
- 深夜勤務手当(22:00~25%UP)
※月給に応じて固定残業代は変動しますが、
いずれも記載の最低額以上を保証しています。
