- まずは調理業務からお任せ。
ご希望やスキルに応じて、
スタッフの教育や売上の管理、
メニュー開発など
お店のコアメンバーとしての

必須:レストランまたはステーキハウスでの調理経験
- 類似業態や大箱レストランでリーダー経験がある方は給与考慮いたします

本ポジションは業務内容の特性上、

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり169時間18分
- 営業時間(予定)
11:00~23:00
- 勤務時間(予定)
10:00~24:00
※シフト制
(実働8時間・時間外勤務あり)

※始発・終電考慮致します。

【休暇等】
- 入社時特別休暇(有給:3日、有給付与前までにやむを得ず欠勤となった場合に使用可能)

給与
月給 28万2600円~40万1100円
(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)
固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり5万5400円以上(固定残業時間:33時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
経験・スキルなどを考慮のうえ決定します。

(下記の固定残業見合手当を超えた分は別途支給)
月給が28万円以上の場合
固定残業時間:33時間
見合手当:\55,400以上
- 法定休出手当
- 深夜勤務手当(22:00~25%UP)
※月給に応じて固定残業代は変動しますが、
いずれも記載の最低額以上を保証しています。
