Multilingual Guest Relations & Executive Support Specialist

Eligibility Requirements
Fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese
Must have Japanese nationality, naturalization, permanent residency, or be a spouse of a permanent resident
Valid driver's license is a plus
Job Scope / Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Hospitality
Host, guide, and accompany foreign guests (VIPs, company executives).
Provide cultural, translation, and general support.
Travel & Logistics Coordination
Plan detailed itineraries.
Make bookings for hotels, flights, restaurants, and transportation.
Drive or arrange transport (if licensed).
Executive & Personal Support
Assist with medical appointments using local identity.
Support guests during overseas travel as needed.
Operational Tasks
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Work Details
Flexible schedule (latest clock-in: 1 PM Beijing Time)
8-hour workday + 1-hour break
Occasional overseas travel required
