Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Data Analysis & Project Support Specialist
to support customer analytics and project promotion within the SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) division. The successful candidate will analyze mobile app, IVI operation logs, and vehicle data while assisting in project coordination and reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from mobile apps, IVI operation logs, and vehicle systems using Python, pandas, and Google Analytics.
- Support project promotion activities, including:
- Preparation of meeting minutes (including for English-language meetings)
- Task progress tracking and management
- Meeting coordination and scheduling
- Assistance in creating report materials and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of analytics and project-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis using Python, pandas, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and data visualization techniques.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2 business level) and ability to understand/write emails in English.
- Proficiency in Windows PC environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automotive or software-defined vehicle projects.
- Prior experience in project management and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise report materials and presentations.
Additional Information:
