ジェネラル&スペシャルティメディスンは当社の弊社事業重点分野の1つであり、これまでに多くの革新的な医薬品の開発・発売とともに、適応症および対象疾患の拡大に取り組んできました。私たちの仕事は、患者さんの生命を脅かす病気を克服し、患者さんの生命を守るために、医学および患者さん自身を支援することです。この度は、循環器疾患・代謝性疾患領域を担当いただくメディカルアドバイザーを募集します。
メディカルアドバイザーの主たる業務は、担当する疾患領域・製品に関する国内メディカルプラン(CMAP)を作成し、CMAPで立案される各種メディカル活動(SL engagement, Scientific exchange, Evidence generation, Medical education など)を部門関係者やstakeholderとの協業のもと、実行することです。これらには、グローバル関係者とのcommunicationやcollaborationも含まれます。そのため、メディカルアドバイザーには、担当疾患領域におけるハイレベルの科学的・医学的知識、他部門関係者との協業スキル(マネージメント力)や、各stakeholderとのコミュニケーション能力、そしてCMAPを立案し、それらを遂行するための戦略的思考・リーダーシップが求められます。
メディカルアドバイザーの仕事は多くのチャレンジが伴いますが、疾患領域・製品におけるメディカルリードとして、革新的な医薬品を患者、医療関係者に届けることを通じて、ヘルスケアに対して大きく貢献することができます。

メディカル戦略
- 担当する治療領域/製品において、グローバル部門・治療フランチャイズ戦略と連携した国内メディカルプラン(CMAP)を作成し、実行する。
- 社内外の学術的機会を通じて、継続的に部門及びチーム員の専門知識を保持する。
- グローバルのメディカル戦略立案・実行について継続的に情報・意見を提供する。
サイエンティフィックインサイト
- MSLマネージャーとの協業のもと、サイエンティフィックインサイト収集活動を管理する。
Scientific exchange / Group Input Meeting (GIM) /メディカル関連プログラム
- サイエンティフィックリーダーおよび社外ステークホルダーとのpeer-to-peer scientific exchangeに参加し、課題解決のための研究・教育における協力関係を育む。
- 国内におけるグループインプットミーティング(GIM)およびその他のメディカルプログラムを企画・主導し、臨床および基礎研究エキスパートからの意見をメディカル戦略に組み込む。
- (必要に応じて)海外企画のメディカルプログラムの実施について、グローバル関係部門と連携・協力する。
メディカル教育プログラム
- 担当疾患領域におけるアンメットな教育ニーズを特定し、フランチャイズ戦略と連携したメディカル教育プログラムを企画・実行する。
早期開発パイプライン品情報
- 開発パイプライン品に関して、必要に応じて種々のメディカル情報(疫学、診断、ガイドライン、治療、競合品データなど)に関する情報の収集・解析・インプットを行う。
- 必要に応じて、開発品(自社開発及び導入品)に関するサイエンス・メディカル面での戦略的な提言を行う。
Evidence Generation
- フランチャイズ戦略と連携して、アンメットニーズを抽出し、研究・調査をデザイン、立案、実行する。
- 研究者主導研究提案に対し、グローバルSOP及びガイダンス・インストラクションに沿って対応する(研究提案者とのコミュニケーション及びローカルレビュー等)。
- 臨床試験および市販後試験の計画に対して科学的・医学的観点からインプットを行う。
- PV等の関連他部署と協業の上でPMSのpublicationをサポートまたは実施する。
社内業務(社内の連携、研修、販促/規制に関する資料のレビュー)
- MSLマネージャーと協力して、MSLのスキル開発計画を設計および実行する。
- 担当チームや関連部門に対して、疾患の病態生理及び予防・治療に関する研修/コンサルテーションを行う。
- 担当領域の販促資料を医学的・科学的観点からレビューする。
- グローバルカウンターパートとのコミュニケーションやグローバルメディカルチーム会議(もしくはこれに準ずる会議)に出席し、グローバルメディカル戦略の立案・実施に関与する。
- 開発品に関して臨床開発部門及び関連部署と協業を行う。
- 当該疾患領域の専門家として、社内ステークホルダーに対して、科学・医学専門的な立場より必要なインプットを行う。
必須条件(資格・スキル・資質):
- 医師、薬剤師、薬学博士あるいは生命科学分野の博士号を有する方、もしくは生命科学分野の修士号を有し、同分野の博士号の取得を計画している。
- 2年以上のヘルスケア分野における臨床・研究経験を有する。
- 学術論文誌(査読あり)での論文発表経験、あるいは学会発表経験を有する。
- 国内における製薬企業に関連する規制、保険償還制度、臨床研究に関連するガイドライン等や科学的データを深く理解することができ、高度な科学的バックグラウンドを有する。
- 担当疾患/治療領域に対する高い学習意欲を有する。
- メディカル戦略を理解し、実行する能力。
- 複雑な医学的情報を明確かつ端的に説明できる。
- 傾聴スキルを有する。
- コーチングスキルを有する。
- チーム員としての協調性を有する。
- 高い倫理観とコンプライアンス意識、誠実さ
- 言語 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安:TOEIC 860点以上相当の英語力)グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションができる。
望ましい条件、資質:
- 2年以上の担当疾患領域における臨床・研究経験
- 2年以上の製薬企業もしくは医療関係企業、アカデミアでの勤務経験
