業務概要
MSAグループでは、薬事承認に向けた臨床試験の企画・実施に加え、疾患戦略に基づいて上市前から上市後に至る、医師との関係性構築を通じた新たなエビデンスの創出・蓄積・確立を通じて、ロシュ・ダイアグノスティックス株式会社(RDKK)製品のさらなる普及に努めることを責務としています。
同時に、MSAグループが所属するヘルスケア・エクセレンス(HCE)本部内において、MSAグループを含めた4つのグループが「四駆」(四輪駆動車)となり、「RDKKのビジネスを支え、日本の医療に新たな道を切り拓く、意志をもった4駆になる。」をObjectiveとして掲げて、グループ間の連携を図っています。
本Unit leadは、MSAグループマネージャーのもと、自身が率いるUnitが、
臨床試験の企画、
上市前から上市後に至る新たなエビデンスの創出・蓄積・確立に資する活動を、上市前から上市後へと一貫して行い、マーケティング本部等の他部署とも密接に連携しながら、戦略的な活動を進められるよう指揮する役割を担います。
また、RDKKの方向性に沿った形でMSAグループ全体がパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう、リソース配分・優先順位の差配を行い、グループ内の他のUnit leadやFunction leadと協力して、Unit内の疾患チームを指揮します。
必須の能力・経験
- リーダーシップ:MSAマネジャーやHCE本部長の助言を受けて、5名前後からなるユニットをまとめ、メンバーとの良好なコミュニケーションを通じて、リーダーシップを発揮し、メンバーの成長に寄与できること。ピープルリーダーとしてもしくはリーダーに準ずる形としてチームを率いた経験、又は主導的な立場でプロジェクトに参画した経験があること。
- コミュニケーション能力:HCE本部内のグループマネジャー及びリード並びに他の本部と、良好なコミュニケーションを進めることの意義を理解したうえで実施でき、あわせて、自らでは対応が難しい事案においても、社内外のリソースを適切に活用しながら業務を遂行できること
- チームワーク:メンバーの業務分担を踏まえ、必要に応じ、自らも実際の業務を担いながら、チームとしてのパフォーマンス発揮に当たれること
- また、HCEのマネジャー・リードチームの一員として、他のマネジャー・リードと協力し、HCEが一体となってRDKKの成長に貢献する取り組みに貢献できること
- 業務遂行能力:疾患戦略に基づく、upstream thinking(目指すべき未来の姿や状態を明確にし、そこから逆算して、今、どのようなアクションを取るべきかを考える思考)ができ、メンバーへ理解を促進させつつ、目標達成に向け、必要となるメンバーの能力開発についても、責任をもって対応できること
- なお、疾患領域についての医学的背景や製品情報を含むメディカル活動の経験について、oncology、infectious disease、critical care、cardiology、endocrinology、matabolic disease、neurologyのうち、少なくとも1領域、有していること

【事前課題】
- MSAグループは、ビジネスニーズの拡大とそれに伴う組織規模増大に対応するため、従来の、各メンバーが疾患リードを務める体制から、ユニット制への移行を行いました。これにより、ユニット内の各疾患チームが複数名で担当する体制を構築し、「システム整備」「相互支援」「業務の属人化脱却」に取り組んでいます。
