ジェネラル&スペシャルティメディスン(以下、GSM)は当社の重点分野の1つであり、これまでに多くの革新的な医薬品の発売や、適応症および対象疾患の拡大に取り組んできました。この度は、GSM領域を担当いただくMSL(メディカルサイエンスリエゾン)チームのマネージャーを募集します。私たちの仕事は、患者さんの生命を脅かす病気を克服し、患者さんの生命を守るために、医学および患者さん自身を支援することです。そのために高いモチベーションに支えられたチームが必要です。本ポジションでは、GSMでカバーする各疾患領域を担当するMSLメンバーを率い、チーム全体のパフォーマンスを向上させることが求められます。また、マネジメント業務にとどまらず、部署内外での科学的ディスカッション、コーチング、プロジェクトマネジメント等を通じて、チームメンバーやステークホルダーとともに情報共有や問題解決にも積極的に関わっていただきます。MSLマネージャーの仕事は多くのチャレンジが伴いますが、チーム単位でヘルスケアに対して大きく貢献することができます。また、当社のGSM領域がカバーする疾患領域(循環器・代謝、呼吸器、免疫、眼科など)を包括的にカバーすることにより、将来的にご自身のキャリアを広げていただくことも可能です。これらの領域におけるMSLマネージャーとして勤務経験を有する経験者はもちろん、現在MSLとして勤務する方からの応募も歓迎します。「患者さんのために」働くことを目指す仲間をお待ちしております
職務内容
- Medical affairs planに反映させる情報(インサイト等)のMedical Advisorへのインプット
- MSL活動が可能な人的リソースを確保、各種活動の進捗管理、実施を指示
- MSLの社内外活動がFM-SOP、厚生労働省の医療用医薬品の販売情報提供ガイドラインなどの社内外の規制に従っていることを確認
- MSLが担当疾患領域において医学的・科学的知識をアップデート・維持する為の教育プランを計画・実行
- MSLの職務能力開発プランの計画・実行
- MSLのスキルアセスメントの実行
- グローバル/ローカルの観点に沿ったHiring/Retainment戦略の開発と実行
- 組織の改善点についてエグゼクティブディレクターへの積極的な提案
必須条件:
- ストラテジーの理解と実行力

- 高い倫理観とコンプライアンス意識、誠実さ
- 医師、薬剤師、薬学博士あるいは生命科学分野の修士号を有している方
- 3年以上のMedical Affairsにおける職務経験を有すること。
- MSLとしての職務経験を有すること。
- ビジネスレベルの英語スキル(ライティングおよび会話力)
