「【データ利活用】M~SM※基本在宅・残業25h程度」のポジションの求人です

【期待する役割】

クライアントの経営課題に対し、データ活用・AI活用の戦略立案からPoC企画、実装支援まで一気通貫でリードいただきます。生成AIやDXテーマを活用し、企業変革の最前線で価値創出を担うポジションです。チームマネジメントやメンバー育成を通じて、組織の成長にも貢献していただきます。

【職務内容】

・データ活用、AI活用の戦略立案、ロードマップ策定

・生成AIやDXテーマに関するPoC企画、実行支援

・本格実装支援(要件定義、ベンダーマネジメント、チェンジマネジメント)

・クライアント折衝、提案活動(経営層との合意形成含む)

・チームマネジメント(進捗管理、品質管理、メンバー育成)

・新規サービス開発、事業戦略策定への参画

【働き方】

・リモートワーク中心です(プロジェクトにより週1日~週2日程度の出社あり)

・個人営業ノルマなし(部門全体で目標達成に向け動きます)

・サービス開発時間を確保しています(金曜日は実験日です)

・月残業時間20~30時間程度と働きやすい環境です。

【募集背景】

■NGP事業部においては業績好調に伴う増員

※業績好調に伴う増員。案件数増加により既存体制では対応困難なため、2~3名を採用予定。

【NGP事業部の特徴】

■個人営業ノルマなし

・売上目標は部門全体のみ。チーム協働で達成を目指します。

■リモートワーク中心

・基本はリモートワークです。直接会って話した方が効率的な場合など、

必要に応じて出社や客先への訪問があります。(出社は週1-2日程度)

■サービス開発時間を確保

・月の20%はプロダクト開発、マーケティング活動に充てられます。

■実験的な取り組みを推奨

・金曜日は実験日です。失敗を許容し、学びを共有する文化。

・コンサルティングファームまたはSIerでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・データ活用・AI・クラウド関連のプロジェクト経験

・クライアント折衝・提案活動の経験

・チームマネジメント(進捗管理、品質管理、ステークホルダー対応)

【歓迎要件】

・生成AIやLLMを活用したPoC経験

・データ基盤構築経験(BigQuery、Snowflake、AWS/Azure/GCP等)

・Python等のプログラミング基礎知識

・PMOやプロジェクトガバナンス設計経験

・複数業界でのコンサルティング経験

【給与】

年収 900 ~ 1700 万円

※賃金は目安です。ご経験に応じて変動します。
