【仕事内容】

「【データ活用コンサルタント】※残業25H程度・在宅メイン」のポジションの求人です

【期待する役割】

クライアントの経営課題に対し現状分析から課題抽出、施策検討、データ基盤構築、BI設計までを一気通貫で支援します。「何のデータを、どう見たいか」を経営層・現場と対話しながら明確化し、意思決定に活かせるダッシュボードを構築。さらに、データ活用を促進するトレーニングや継続支援まで伴走します。

【職務内容】

・クライアントの経営・業務課題に対する戦略立案・ロードマップ策定

・データ活用支援プロジェクトの推進(要件定義~BI構築~トレーニング)

・散在するデータの整理・統合、ダッシュボード構築

(Tableau、Power BI、Looker等)

・データ分析結果から示唆を導き、改善提案を実施

・チームメンバー育成・技術支援・進捗管理

・クライアントとの折衝・提案活動(PdMとの連携含む)

【働き方】

・リモートワーク中心です(プロジェクトにより週1日~週2日程度の出社あり)

・個人営業ノルマなし(部門全体で目標達成に向け動きます)

・サービス開発時間を確保しています(金曜日は実験日です)

・月残業時間20~30時間程度と働きやすい環境です。

【募集背景】

■NGP事業部においては業績好調に伴う増員

※業績好調に伴う増員。案件数増加により既存体制では対応困難なため、

2~3名を採用予定。

【NGP事業部の特徴】

■個人営業ノルマなし

・売上目標は部門全体のみ。チーム協働で達成を目指します。

■リモートワーク中心

・基本はリモートワークです。直接会って話した方が効率的な場合など、

必要に応じて出社や客先への訪問があります。(出社は週1-2日程度)

■サービス開発時間を確保

・月の20%はプロダクト開発、マーケティング活動に充てられます。

■実験的な取り組みを推奨

・金曜日は実験日です。失敗を許容し、学びを共有する…

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

以下いずれかに該当する方

・データ分析業務の実務経験(SQL必須)

・BIツール(Tableau、Power BI、Looker等)の利用経験

・レポート・資料作成経験(顧客または社内向け)

・Excel/スプレッドシートでの高度なデータ加工スキル

・データから示唆を導き、提案した経験

・ダッシュボード・レポートを自分で構築した経験

【歓迎要件】

・データ基盤構築経験(BigQuery、Snowflake等)

・Python、Rを使ったデータ分析経験

・GA4、広告データ、CRMデータ等の分析経験

・データ可視化のデザインスキル

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 950 万円

※賃金は目安です。ご経験に応じて変動します。

※賞与あり(業績連動賞与)
