仕事内容
営業企画メンバーとして、チームの営業戦略や施策がスムーズに実行できるよう、データ分析・資料作成・販促物準備などの実務をサポートすることがミッションです。
・営業チームが実行する施策をサポート
・データ分析・資料作成など営業企画の実務を担当
・販促物やツールの準備・管理
・部門間の調整や情報共有をサポート
営業企画チームの施策がスムーズに実行されることを通じて、IPO準備中の成長企業の事業拡大を支える重要な役割になっていただきます。
【業務内容】
- 事業管理
・主要KPIのモニタリング
・各種ダッシュボード、定例レポート
- 営業戦略の立案
・市場調査、競合分析をもとに販売戦略を策定
・新商品の販売計画の立案
- 営業活動支援
・同行商談(本部)
・主要取引先店舗のラウンド
- データ分析と報告
・POSデータや出荷データを活用した売上分析
・取引先別・エリア別の実績管理
・営業報告資料、プレゼン資料の作成
- 販促企画の立案
・年間、四半期の販促計画の策定
・小売企業向けの キャンペーン・フェア企画の立案
(例:スーパー・ドラッグストアの季節販促、カテゴリー強化企画)
・メディア連動/タイアップ企画の企画・提案
・販促効果の測定、検証
- 営業ツールの整備
・商品提案資料作成支援
・商品カタログ、POP、動画など販促物の企画・手配
- 部門間のハブ機能
・商品開発、マーケティング、生産、物流、CS など社内関係部署との連携
・新商品導入/大型商談/販促プロジェクトの進行管理

・法人営業及び営業企画、営業推進業務の実務経験1年以上

・食品業界(メーカー / 商社・卸 / 小売店)での営業経験
・コンサルティング営業経験
・新規開拓営業の経験
・商品企画~開発に携わった経験
・予算策定や数値管理の経験
・営業活動に付随する事務業務
