Functions Of The Role
Managing your own recruitment processes to hit personal billing targets
Presenting suitable candidates to clients for review
Arranging and coordinate interview processes
Preparing candidates for interviews to ensure they perform optimally
Managing the offer process, negotiating salary and other terms and conditions
Building, managing and leveraging relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidates
Representing the organisation as an ambassador at sector specific conferences and other external events
Developing market knowledge by staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Acting as a market expert both internally and to clients and candidates, provide insights and advice regarding specialist market information and talent availability.
Essential RequirementsProven success in a previous Recruitment Consultant position, with a consistent and recent record of achieving personal billing targets in an agency setting
Evidence of success in business development and new client acquisition within the Life Sciences sector
Significant experience in sourcing and recruiting for vacancies within Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices businesses.
