募集背景・業務概要:

会計システムの更改に伴い、業務フローの整理とデータ移行方針の策定を進めています。基本設計の品質を上げるため、設計中心で活躍できる人材を募集します。関係部門との調整も重要です。お任せする業務:

基本設計を中心に、データモデル設計と帳票要件の整理を担当いただきます。レビューでの指摘を反映し、設計品質を維持します。移行前提の整理にも関わります。データ移行の前提条件を整理し、設計の抜け漏れを防ぎます。レビュー観点を整え、指摘事項の解消を進めます。

関係部門とのコミュニケーションを密にし、合意形成を支えます。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映
