日本以外では、APACおよびグローバルのリソース管理チーム、デリバリー組織、法務、財務、アカウンティング、デリバリーイネーブルメントチームと連携します。

リソース配置:
- ビジネスの優先順位、要件、コンサルティングリソースの空き状況とデリバリ実行性に基づいて、社内外のリソースを様々なプロジェクトやチームに効果的に割り当て、高品質なデリバリーを実現します。
- コンサルティングリソースの稼働状況をモニターし、効率的プロジェクトデリバリーと期限順守を確保するために割り当てを最適化します。
- コンサルティングマネージャーと連携してプロジェクトの状況をモニターし、問題があれば必要なリカバリーを行います。
- コンサルティングデリバリーチーム と密接に連携し、収益予測と正確性に責任を持ちます。
パートナー管理:
- 社内で対応できない人員要件に対応するため、国内のデリバリーパートナーと連携し、外部リソースを調達します。
- レッドハット内およびパートナー組織内の様々なチームと連携し、リソースの制約を予測してプロアクティブに対処し、社内外の人材のタイムリーな確保を行います。これには、デリバリーパートナーへの発注など、必要な契約プロセスを促進し、プロジェクトの円滑な開始と提供を可能にすることが含まれます。
人員計画:
- 供給/需要、過剰/不足人員、特定のスキルの不足などのリスク領域などを分析し、ステークホルダーと対応・対策を立案します。
- 将来のビジネスに関する見通しを理解するため、ビジネスフォーキャストレビューに積極的に参加し、将来のプロジェクトのスキルと稼働要件を理解し、計画に反映させます。
チーム育成とトレーニング:
- 現在のリソースプール(スキルセット、スキルレベル、稼働状況、人間関係の相性など)を理解し、人員を効果的に配置し、不足を埋めるためのイネーブルメントの必要性を特定します。
- コンサルティングマネージャーと連携し、新規コンサルタントのオンボーディングを調整し、スムーズな立ち上げ期間を確保します。
- 新規コンサルタントがリソース管理に関連するプロセス、システム、ツールについてトレーニングを受け、習熟していることを確認します。
- 日本におけるトレーニングニーズとスキル向上機会を特定します。
- チームが競争力を維持し、進化するビジネスニーズに対応できるよう、学習と育成の文化を育みます。
- 継続的なプロセス改善の議論と活動に積極的に参加します。
*Required Skills:*
- ビジネス管理、経営、コンピューターサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号相当。
- 多様なチームやステークホルダーと効果的に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
- リソースプールの管理において、特にITまたはソフトウェア開発業界での実績 (5年以上)。
- プロジェクト管理手法とリソース計画技術に関する深い理解。
- パフォーマンスを推進し、協力的な職場環境を育んできた実績のあるリーダーシップ能力。
- データ、レポート、ダッシュボードの分析経験 (2~3年)。
- 相反する優先順位を持つペースの速い環境でうまく機能する実績。
- 日本語:ネイティブレベルでの会話、読み書き
- 英語:ビジネスレベルでの会話、読み書き
- Google Docs/Sheets/Slides「(Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint 経験も可)」

**Primary Job Responsibilities:****
We are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join the Red Hat APAC Resource Management team, focusing on staffing and resource planning. As a member of the Resource Management team, they will interact with various cross functional & technical teams in support of regional Resource Management and Professional Services. They will work closely with the APAC & Global Resource Management team, Delivery organizations, Legal, Finance, Accounts Receivable and Delivery Enablement teams.
**Resourcing:****
- Effectively allocate Internal and partner resources to various projects and teams based on priority and resource availability.
- Monitor resource utilization and optimize allocation to ensure efficient project delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Work directly with SDM & TSM to supervise and fulfill all open resource needs.
- Work closely with the Delivery team ( SDM & PMs & TSM) to monitor revenue forecast and accuracy.
**Partner Management:****
- Work directly with Local Partners and APAC Partner Resource Managers to address staffing requirements that cannot be filled internally
- Collaborate across different functional and technical groups within Red Hat and partner organizations to anticipate and address resource constraints proactively to avoid project delays.
**Capacity Planning:****
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast resource requirements and plan capacity accordingly.
- Aid in staffing discussions regarding risk areas i.e., supply/demand, over/understaffed, shortage of a specific skill etc. and review these with internal partners
- Actively participate in and facilitate pipeline reviews for transparency on future projects
**Team Development And Training:****
- Work with Consulting Managers to coordinate onboarding new consultants to ensure a successful ramp up period
- Ensure new consultants are trained and ramped on processes, systems, and tools that relate to the Resource Management function
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement for the regional team
- Foster a culture of learning and development to ensure the team remains competitive and capable of meeting evolving business needs.
- Actively participate in ongoing process improvement discussions and activities
*Required Skills:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (+5 years) in managing resource pools, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and resource planning techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- 2-3 years' experience in analyzing data, reports and dashboards.
- Proven track record to work well in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, and Miro

- Fast learner, willing to master new tools and processes as part of the assigned projects
- Can adapt to an ever-evolving environment with a positive demeanor
- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow defined process steps is required
- Can match appropriate resources (consultants' area(s) of expertise, career plans, etc.) to projects.
- Ability to qualify resources by validating certifications and work experience
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
