企業が毎年行う健康診断に向けた法人営業

毎年ご利用いただいている企業や団体を中心に、集団健診の内容や日程の案内・提案をお任せします。

お客様の健康維持に携わる営業として活躍してみませんか?

《具体的には…》

大阪市内の既存顧客を中心に、健康診断のご案内や実施に向けた顧客管理を行う営業職。

流れとしては、健診の3ヶ月ほど前にお客様先に伺い、必ず打ち合わせを行います。

受診内容などは、前年と変わらないケースがほとんどのため、受診人数や日程などの変更点の確認・調整がメインになります。

入社後、まずは契約内容がシンプルで変更点が少ない既存顧客の案件からお任せしていきます。

先輩社員の同行からスタートし、3ヶ月~半年ほどかけて様々なお客様を担当しながら、仕事に慣れてきたら、既存顧客から紹介された新規顧客との打ち合わせなども徐々にお任せしていきます。

※お客様は大阪市内を中心に、大阪府内、兵庫県などの近畿圏内がメインです。

大阪市内は電車移動、その他地域には車で向かうこともあります。

【1日の流れ(例)】

8:45 出社、メール確認・書類整理

11:00 顧客訪問1件目

12:00 昼休憩

13:30 顧客訪問2件目

15:00 顧客訪問3件目

17:00 退社(日によって残業あり)

  • ルート営業中心リピート率が高く、営業デビューにも
  • 毎年必ず行われる健康診断だから、お客様と長いお付き合いができます

既存顧客と新規顧客の割合は9:1ほどです。

健康診断の実施は法律で企業に義務付けられているもの。(労働安全衛生規則第44条など)

毎年必ず実施しなければならないため、1度お任せいただくとその後も継続してご利用いただけることが多く、老舗法人である当クリニックは、長いお付き合いのお客様が多いことも強みです。

新規開拓よりも既存のお客様に対し、健康診断スケジュールを前もって早めにフォローしていくことを大切にしています。

新規の場合も、既存顧客の紹介から商談につながるケースが多いので、やみくもに電話掛けするようなことはありません

【当クリニックについて】

「社会医療法人寿楽会」は大正13年創業、昭和48年に法人設立しました。

医療を通じた人々との心のふれあいを大切にしています。

「m・oクリニック」は平成2年の開設以来、施設健診と巡回健診を行っています。

現在、年間で約6万人の健康診断を実施しています。

【営業職のメンバーについて】

現在3名の営業スタッフが活躍中

他業界から入社したメンバーもいるので、医療業界の知識がなくても問題なく活躍いただけます。

年間の目標達成に向けて、チームワークを大切にし、各々が主体性・自主性を持って日々業務に取り組んでいます。

営業メンバー以外では女性社員が多数活躍しており、業務連携や情報共有など、部署を問わずコミュニケーションを大切にしている職場です。

・簡単なPC操作ができる方

※土曜日は当クリニックカレンダーにより年に2回ほど出社日となりますが、有給取得推進日のため休んでいます。
