As a marketing partner for advertising agencies, trading companies, and manufacturers around the world, we use Rakuten Group assets to solve our partners' marketing challenges. Our mission is to increase group synergy and maximize profits by focusing on affiliate business, insight research, and the management and operation of various media within our business. Plan, operate, and verify all strategies as the person in charge of strategy for the business manager.
Position:
We have newly appointed a business manager and strategist for the rapidly expanding Marketing Solutions segment. The person will be responsible for planning and implementing all strategies, as well as strategic alliances, etc.
Position Details
You will be responsible for strengthening the foundation and formulating and implementing growth strategies in preparation for major challenges
- Assisted the business manager as a strategist for Rakuten Group's "Marketing Solutions Business"
- Marketing solutions business includes advertising business, affiliate business, research business, media business, etc., and is a business that provides comprehensive marketing proposals to clients
The specific duties are as follows
- Identification of business issues, problem solving, implementation of short-term and long-term policy planning
- Collaborate with each organization within the business to collect information, consider/plan, analyze, create materials, build consensus building processes, etc
- Formulation of business strategies to achieve business sales and profit targets and various KPIs
- Competitive analysis
- Other business strategy-related tasks
Work Environment
This is a project that employs over 600 people
Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience in managing 3 or more people
- Logical thinking ability, analytical ability, and insight
