Job Summary

We are seeking a Brand Strategy Manager to promote a communication strategy with customers to improve Rakuten's brand value. You will lead the entire process from brand strategy planning to communication concept design to content production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy to deepen engagement with customers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute branding campaigns
  • Design and produce high-impact content for various touchpoints
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding strategies
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
