We are seeking an experienced Scientific Affairs & Education Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
• Leads all HCP activities that include transfer of value.
• Designs, manages and executes KOL training and scientific advisory panels/boards.
• Activates Area and Country education strategy and executes HCP education programs.
• Creates and approves presentations for HCP education programs, e.g. webinars, podcast, workshops, etc. created by HCPs and internal teams.
• Localizes content.
• Maintains specific segment expertise
• Owns responsibility for all compliance aspects of HCP relationships, e.g. contracts, IA, reporting, payments, and confirmation of services
• Actively participates in standard & guidelines committees
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of leading customer education
• 3 years of organizing customer education activities
• 3 years of managing KOLs
• 3 years of practicing dentistry or dental-related disciplines
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Master's degree in Dentistry, preferably orthodontics from an accredited institution
• Three years of customer education in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include excellent communication skills, Fluent in English, eye for details, and good organizational skills
Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Shinagawa/Head office at least 1 day per week)
Travel: May include up to 50% mainly domestic
