転勤なし札幌本社で腰を据えて働く
勤務地は札幌本社(札幌駅徒歩7分圏内)。転勤なしでU・Iターンも歓迎されています。
年間休日125日&残業月20時間ワークライフバランスの充実
完全週休2日制(土日祝)で年間休日125日、時間外労働は月20時間程度。プライベートを大切にしながら働けます。

【仕事内容】
人材ビジネス向け業務管理システム「STAFF EXPRESS」のインサイドセールスのプレイングマネージャー業務。いずれはマーケティング(デジタルマーケティング)領域の責任者を兼務、経営にも関与いただく予定です。
- セールス部門の課題把握・分析と対策
- マーケティング戦略の企画立案・実行
- 当社サービス展開についての企画立案・実行
- 当社ビッグデータ活用の企画立案・分析・実行
- お客様向けの、当社サービス紹介ウェビナーの立案・実行
- 当社サービス紹介サイトの分析と改善、紹介動画の企画立案・ディレクション
- マーケティング部門のマネジメント・人材育成

高卒以上
【必須要件】
- インサイドセールス体制のある企業でのマーケティング経験をお持ちの方(クラウド系サービス企業での経験だと尚歓迎)
- 部長~役員クラスの経験をお持ちの方

・メンバーのマネジメント、キャリア形成、モチベーションアップ、各部署との調整等の管理業務経験をお持ちの方

20~30代5名(うち一名は管理職)で構成されています。いわゆる、「営業」のイメージよりは穏やかな雰囲気で「ちょうどよい距離感」の社員が多いです。
