  • 現場での作業管理及び進捗確認
  • 職人や作業員との連携を図り、確実な施工を実施

  • プロジェクトに関する報告書の作成や提出

現場監督や鍛冶仕事、足場工事の知識と経験

チームでの協力を大切にし、円滑なコミュニケーションができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

<月曜日~土曜日>の<8:30~17:00>

(休憩時間 <10:00~10:30・12:00~13:00・15:00~15:30>)実働6.5時間

※残業あり(状況により変動あり)

※休日は<100日>日曜・祝日・第2土曜・ゴールデンウイーク・盆・年末年始・有休あり

勤務地:

屋外作業を含むため、天候により作業内容が変更される場合があります。禁煙環境を推奨しています。国内出張の可能性がありますが、具体的な回数は案件によります。勤務地はプロジェクトに応じて異なりますので、詳細はご相談ください。

アクセス:

最寄のJRからのアクセスは良好で、また、社用車や乗り合わせを利用することも可能です。

給与:

  • 昇給年1回1以上、賞与(7月、12月)
  • 残業・通勤・家族・個人保険等

特に、以下の手当が支給されます:

  • 通勤手当(実費支給)
  • 家族手当(条件に応じて支給)
  • 退職金制度あり

労働時間については、固定時間制を採用しており、月の所定労働時間は160時間です。これを超える残業については、法定通りの割増賃金が適用されます。
