Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 神戸市兵庫区にある児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービス施設です。20年以上の療育実績を持つプログラムで、子どもたちの「生きる力」を育てています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. お子さま一人ひとりの発達段階に合わせた療育支援を行います。日常生活の基本動作指導、知識・技能の習得支援、集団生活への適応訓練、保護者対応、記録業務などが主な内容です。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. もちろんですスタッフの約8割が未経験からスタート。マンツーマンでの先輩サポート、バディ制度、充実した研修制度で安心して始められます。
