■何を:収益ビル事業用地及び収益不動産の仕入
■手法:オーナー様への直営業や仲介会社を利用した間接的な営業
【業務スケジュール例】
9:30~12:00 メールチェック、部下のフォロー(仲介業者との打ち合わせ)
12:00~13:00 昼休憩
13:00~15:00 仲介会社及び仕入先への営業訪問
15:00~16:00 仕入検討案件を建設事業本部と打ち合わせ
16:00~17:00 売買契約書作成
17:00~19:30 進捗状況の社内共有、物件の概要書作成

・収益ビル事業用地/収益不動産の仕入業務経験(3年以上)
【尚可】
・投資用の収益商業ビルの営業経験
・不動産の仕入・テナントづけ・販売の一連の業務の経験のある方
【給与】
年収:658万~1190万程度
月給制:月額470000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年2回(4月・10月/各2カ月程度)
昇給:年2回(4月・10月及び随時)※実績による
