【職務概要】

千代田区、中央区、港区、渋谷区、新宿区を中心に、投資用収益商業ビルや一棟収益マンション、不動産再生事業を展開している同社でリーシングをお任せいたします。

【職務詳細】

・仲介業者回り・現地相場調査・設計・テナントとの打合わせ・チームマネジメント

【業務スケジュール(例)】

9:30~12:00 メールチェック、賃貸仲介業者との打ち合わせ

13:00~14:00 営業会議

14:00~16:00 仲介業者回り

16:00~17:00 賃貸借契約書の作成

17:00~19:30 進捗状況の社内共有、物件の概要書作成

・商業ビルのリーシング経験

・宅地建物取引士(契約、手続きの事務に精通している方)

【給与】

年収:658万~1190万程度

月給制:月額470000円

給与:■月給47万~85万円

賞与:年2回(4月・10月)

昇給:年2回(4月・10月及び随時)※実績による
