私たちバルスは、主に3つの事業を展開しています。
- ライブや番組、動画、MV、グッズなどの運営に必要な制作全般を担う「XRプロダクション」
- アーティストの運営をサポートするファンマネジメントツールの「SPWN」
- アニメ制作スタジオ「Ziine Studio」の運営および自社アーティスト・声優番組の運営
これらの事業を行うのは、
「アーティストとファンが世界中のどこにいても一緒に楽しめる場所を創る」という想いから。
住んでいる場所や活動方法に関係なく、世界中のどこからでも活動ができ、
アーティストの届けたいものを世界中のファンに届け、
そのファンからの応援で活動をしていける世界を創りたいと考えています。
ただ、現状、場所や資金がなく十分な収入が得られず
活動ができなくなっているアーティストさんが多いです。
そういった方々に、テレビやスマートフォンの次に来るメディアと言われている
XR技術を活用し、場所に関係なく活動できるプラットフォームと、
その活動できちんと収益化できるツールを提供したいと考えています。
また、これまでに培った技術やノウハウを活用して、今までにない新しい価値を創造すべく、
新規事業も発足しております。

トップレベルのバーチャルライブ制作ノウハウと独自に開発した配信プラットフォームを有している当社の強みは、ライブ制作~配信~チケットやグッズ販売までのサービスを一気通貫で提供できることです。

《 具体的な業務内容 》
VTuberのバーチャルライブやイベントを成功に導く「司令塔」として、企画から実行まで、制作全体のディレクションをお任せします。
ユーザーに高品質な感動体験を届けるため、すべての工程において、滞りなく作業が進むように管理する重要なポジションです。
- バーチャルライブ・イベントの制作進行全般
- 社内外のクリエーター、クリエーター、クライアントとの折衝
- イベント用素材の発注、制作進行、納品管理
- 外部への制作依頼に関わる請求、支払い管理
- イベント本番における各種現場対応

【MUST】
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(海外パートナーとの連携案件があるため)
- エンタメ業界における、番組・イベント等の制作及びディレクション経験(3年以上目安) (例:TV、ネットメディア、音楽、ゲーム、舞台、リアル、バーチャルタレントマネジメント、イベント等)
- プロジェクト全体のスケジュールおよび予算管理のご経験
- 社内外の多様な関係者(クリエイター、エンジニア、クライアント等)との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

- Slack、Google Workspaceの使用経験
- Adobe Premiere等で簡単な映像編集ができる方
