概要 プロダクトマネージャーとして、開発チームを率い、Drivemodeの部門横断的なメンバーやグローバルなHondaチームと協力し、将来のモバイルアプリやプラットフォームの戦略や開発をリードします。特に、グローバルなHondaのお客様向けに、次世代のコネクテッドカー機能を定義し、構築・改善することに重点を置きます。この役割は、Hondaを電気自動車(EV)およびソフトウェア・ディファインド・ビークル(SDV)市場におけるリーダーに進化させる上で非常に重要です。
職務内容
- プロダクト戦略の定義と実行: Hondaのコネクテッド機能の核となる部分の製品ビジョン、戦略、ロードマップを策定し、Honda/Drivemodeのゴールやビジョンとの整合性を確保します。
- 顧客中心のイノベーションの推進: データ、ユーザー調査、市場からの洞察を活用し、グローバルな顧客に向けて直感的で楽しく、非常に機能的なモバイルアプリ体験を創造します。
- 部門横断的なコラボレーション: Hondaの各エンジニア部や、Drivemodeのデザイン、プロダクト、技術メンバーなどと密接に連携し、優先順位を調整し、期待値を管理し、地域およびグローバルなニーズを満たすソリューションを提供します。
- ソフトウェア・プロダクト開発の浸透と推進: プロダクトマネジメント、UXデザイン、技術統合のベストプラクティスを確立し、Hondaがコネクテッドサービスイノベーションの最前線に立ち続けることを後押しします。
- 出張: 主要なステークホルダーと協力するため、栃木およびその他の拠点、ならびにDrivemodeおよびHonda USオフィスへの出張が必要になります。
求める経験・スキル
- 経験: 5年以上のプロダクトマネジメントまたはそれに比する経験があり、成功した消費者向けテクノロジー製品を提供した実績があること。大企業とスタートアップの両方での経験が非常に望ましい。
- 業界知識:プロダクト開発の基礎とUX/UIの原則に対する深い理解が必須。また、この役割には、車両アーキテクチャと組み込みソフトウェア、クラウドサービス、モバイルアプリに関する基本的な理解が求められます。自動車業界での経験は非常に有利ですが、必須ではありません。
- バイリンガル能力:日本語での会話および書面での流暢さ、およびビジネスレベルの英語が必須。
