A foreign IT consulting company is looking for an Account (Sales) Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for growing business with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow business opportunities with existing clients
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships
  • Conduct key sales activities and regular face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for opportunities and contracts
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients
  • Ensure timely cash collection as per contract terms
  • Update internal sales systems and forecasts accurately
  • Maintain and expand relationships with alliance partners
  • Utilise knowledge of company capabilities and client needs to build strong partnerships
  • Proactively develop new opportunities in collaboration with internal practice and delivery teams
  • Support efforts in acquiring new clients

Requirements:

  • Prior insurance domain experience (P&C or Life)
  • Experience in working in sales or sales support
  • Experience in contract discussion or negotiation with clients
  • Experience in directly working with the end Japanese client and the end Global client
  • Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to sales management systems such as Salesforce or similar is a plus
  • Experience in working with Global Teams (India, China, or other geographies) is preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel
