A global facilities management company is looking for a Commercial & Operations Manager. The selected candidate will support business development, client transitions, and operational activities while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive smooth business growth and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support country-level business development initiatives and commercial activities
- Coordinate responses to global RFPs and RFIs, including pricing and subcontractor arrangements
- Support new client transitions, including due diligence, site visits, contract execution, and onboarding
- Provide operational support across multiple client sites as required
- Deliver marketing and branding support within the local facilities management market
- Liaise with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage reporting with strong accuracy, timeliness, and quality
- Support head office administrative and IT-related tasks
- Take ownership of data management and business information
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in facilities management
- Experience in business development, commercial support, and operational coordination
- Skilled in RFP/RFI coordination, pricing support, data management, and stakeholder communication
- Fluent level Japanese; intermediate level English
