Rakuten is Japan's largest marketplace and Internet ecosystem, offering a wide range of more than 70 services, including e-commerce, travel, banking, fintech, food delivery, golf, insurance, instant messaging, and mobile networking. Rakuten offers more than 140 services worldwide.
Department Overview
Management Department supports various businesses and services, including Rakuten's core businesses, from an administrative perspective.
The department is also involved in human resource management, including labor relations, payroll, systems, training, and recruitment, in line with the characteristics of each business and service.

Position Details
Based on your request, we would like to confirm your experience and intentions through the selection process and determine your responsibilities from the following tasks.
Specifically
Labor Relations
Management of time and attendance, updating and management of data related to human resources
General procedures for entering and leaving the company
Maintenance of employment regulations, etc.
Other general labor operations
Evaluation
Operation and verification of evaluation system
Management of evaluation information
General operations related to transfers and assignments
Personnel System
Operation and improvement of various personnel systems
Revision of internal rules and regulations
Revitalization of internal communication (including evaluation and utilization of tools)
Work Environment
Management Department
There will be 31 employees (accounting, general affairs, human resources, etc.), with about 15 in human resources.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations, evaluations, and systems
Ability to multitask
Native level of Japanese
Desired Qualifications:
Business level English proficiency
