仕事内容


業績好調につき、追加募集決定

大学や研究所へ輸入販売している理化学機器の、品質保持と正確な出荷を担うサポート業務です。

確認(チェック)作業がメインのお仕事です。

こちらの部署では、20代後半・30代前半の女性が大活躍しています。

<具体的な業務内容>

①入出荷時の「確認」業務(メイン)

・輸入された機器の品番、数量、キズなどの検品・確認作業

・出荷指示書と現物の最終チェック(ダブルチェック)

・システムへの正確なデータ入力と照合

・機器に貼付するラベルの内容確認と貼り付け

②付随する軽作業・補助

・機器を棚へ移動・格納

・出荷準備のための丁寧な梱包

・倉庫内(ビル空中階の専用スペース)の整理整頓、清掃

【業務のポイント】

「正確に確認する」ことが最重要です。

精密機器のため、慎重かつ丁寧な作業姿勢が活かせます。

"あ、これはあの件の仕事かな?"など気が付く力をお持ちの方にもピッタリです。

重いものは少なく、またあったとしても複数名で対応する協力体制を作っています。

勤務時間:平日 9時~18時

※自由シフトなので、プライベートとの両立が可能

週3日 13時~18時

基本給:時給 1250円 〜

<社内体制>

社長、バックオフィス(神戸本社勤務)7名、営業職 5名、技術職 4名 の17名体制の少数精鋭で風通しの良い会社です。

業績好調につき、多忙なバックオフィスでロジスティクス業務を中心にをサポートしてくださるパート・アルバイトの方を求めています。

喫煙所:なし(敷地内全て禁煙)
