人材育成および組織開発の両面から、鎌倉新書の成長を支える「人と組織の仕組み」を企画・推進していただきます。

【職務詳細】

■人材育成(教育・開発)

・経営戦略・事業方針と連動した 人材育成戦略の企画・実行

・階層別・テーマ別研修の設計・運営

・リーダーシップ・キャリア開発プログラムの構築と推進

・社内外の教育リソース(講師・ベンダー)の選定・ディレクション

・研修効果測定・フィードバック・継続的改善

・評価・キャリア制度と連動した 育成体系の整備・運用

■組織開発・エンゲージメント向上

・組織サーベイの設計・実施・分析・改善提案

・社員エンゲージメント向上施策の立案・推進

・企業理念・バリューの浸透活動(ワークショップ・ストーリーテリング等)

・部門横断的な風土改革プロジェクトの企画・ファシリテーション

・社内コミュニケーション施策・社内イベントの企画運営

・経営層・マネジメント層への組織開発に関する助言・サポート

【求める人材】

【必須】

・事業会社または研修/コンサルティング会社での 人材育成・組織開発領域の実務経験(5年以上)

・経営・事業戦略と連動した教育企画またはエンゲージメント施策の設計・実行経験

・組織課題を定量・定性両面から捉え、施策に落とし込む力

・社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した経験

【尚可】

・組織サーベイの設計・分析・改善経験

・ファシリテーション・ワークショップ設計・講師経験

【給与】

年収:750万~1035万程度

月給制:月額625080円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

昇給:年2回の査定

【勤務地】

東京都中央区京橋2丁目14‐1兼松ビルディング3階

都営浅草線「宝町」駅徒歩1分/JR山手線「東京」駅より徒歩8分/東京メトロ銀座線「京橋」駅徒歩3分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

9時30分~18時30分※一部フレックス制度あり コアタイム:9時30分~15時30分

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月)
