部署・サービスについて
モバイルビジネスの組織に特化した人事(採用・育成・評価・労務・HRBP)を担当している部門です。楽天グループ本社と連携をしながらも、モバイルビジネス特有の職場環境(モバイル市場、店舗運営、グローバルな開発環境と人材構成)に合わせた人事課題から、問題解決に向けた企画や施策・運営・職場コミュニケ―ションまで一気通貫で対応をすることができる環境があります。
採用・育成・評価・労務・HRBPと領域ごとに組織を編成し、組織横断的に連携や勉強会・締め会等の相互理解の場を設け、各々のキャリアに応じた配置転換等も行いながら、モバイルビジネスを管掌する人事部として一体感をもって日々業務に取り組んでおります。
採用領域に特化している組織として、新卒・中途リクルーター、採用オペレーション、採用企画・戦略等の業務をビジネス状況を鑑みて策定し進めます。多種多様なオペレーションがあるものの、一人ひとりがOPE(Operational Excellence)の意識を持ち、効率化・高付加価値化の実現に向けて取り組んでいます。
人事のプロフェッショナルとなるべく、日々相互に人事の専門知識のインプット・アウトプットを繰り返しながら、各自の業務に活かし業務を洗練させており、非常に前向きで学習意欲の高い組織であり、多くの学びと刺激が得られる環境を提供しています

業務内容
新卒・中途採用担当(楽天モバイル・楽天トータルソリューションズ・楽天シンフォニーポジション)
採用ニーズのヒアリングから、求人作成、母集団形成、面接対応、オファー面談などクロージングまでの仕事をお任せいたします。
下記の一連の業務を行っていただきます。
・現場へのニーズヒアリング
・求人の作成
・KPI管理
・エージェント対応
・媒体対応
・面接対応
・オファー面談
・候補者フォロー
など
※ビジネス職・エンジニア職、どちらもお任せしてまいります。
※上記採用業務のほか、ご希望や適性などをみて、海外大の採用PJなどにアサインさせていただく場合がございます。
※将来的には人事全般のマネジメントロールを担っていただく可能性がございます。
