Responsibilities
- Optimize warehouse inventory to ensure smooth operations and efficient stock management
- Define safety stock levels and service targets in collaboration with demand planners
- Partner with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand, avoiding shortages or excess
- Maintain accuracy in purchase orders and product data to support reliable decision-making
- Monitor stock performance against targets and implement rapid corrective actions when needed
- Ensure compliance with global supply chain standards while driving improvements with suppliers
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working
Requirements
- 3+ years of international experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally within global organizations
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively, ensuring seamless project delivery
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams
- Strong business acumen and analytical expertise, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
- Solid knowledge of inventory management practices, supporting efficient supply chain operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; skilled in Power BI for enhanced reporting and visualization
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools to streamline processes
- Fluent in English and Japanese at a business level, bridging communication across global markets
Salary
- Company will consider candidates up to 9M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
