■サプライプランニング部 サプライプランニンググループの業務
- 需要予測に基づく製品の適正在庫の管理、製品及び委託先へ支給する構成品目の購買計画の作成・手配及び納期管理
- 安定供給懸念に対する問題解決およびアクション調整(取引先への納期調整、社内関連部署との対応調整等)
- ビジネスや製造等の変更に対応する在庫調整計画・手配、関連部門とのスケジュール調整、供給に関連するプロジェクトの参画

は、
ビジネスを推進し、インパクトを与えるため以下をお任せします。
■職務概要
- 最適な供給計画の策定及び適正在庫の維持 ・関係部門と連携・問題解決・SCM KPI/ビジネスターゲットの達成する ・業務プロセス改善と効率化・チームのマネジメントと部下の業務管理と育成
- グループの責任者として、以下の部門業務を管理・リードし、会社のビジネスターゲット達成に貢献する重要な役割です。メンバーの業務管理や課題解決をサポートし、目標達成に向けた育成を行うことで、チームの成長と成果の最大化を実現
■具体的な業務内容
- 委託製造先への支給する中間品・原材料の在庫管理・購買・支給計画作成
- 国内・海外取引先への社内システム(SAP・Rapid Response)を使用した発注および納期管理
- 適切な供給と在庫管理による安定供給の維持とキャッシュフローの改善の両立する
- 安定供給懸念に対する問題解決およびアクション調整(取引先への納期調整、社内関連部署との対応調整等)
- 新製品上市及びビジネスや製造等の変更に対応する在庫調整計画・手配、関連部門とのスケジュール調整、供給に関連するプロジェクトの参画
- グループ内製造所・社内関係各所・取引先への連絡・交渉・調整
- S&OPを推進し、SCM KPIの達成を実現
- サプライチェーンデータ分析とそれに基づく改善提案を行い、効率化を推進

Requirements
■必須
- 5年以上のサプライプランニング経験、もしくは10年以上の関連するサプライチェーン経験(製造・調達・生産技術など)
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- ERPシステムを使用した業務経験
- Excel、Power BIなどを一般的に使用できるレベルのスキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
- ビジネスレベルのメール・資料作成・会議主催ができるレベルの英語力
■歓迎
- ERPシステムを使用した業務経験、特にSAP及びRapid Response、もしくはシステムに対するリテラシーの高い方
- Excel、Power BIなどを高度に使いこなせるスキル、リテラシー
- コンプライアンス意識の高い方
- サプライチェーンに関する知識・資格(APICS等)
