マンション全世帯で電気を一括契約する「一括受電サービス」を事業化し、

現在は関東・関西を中心として約2,200棟 17.8万世帯に電力を供給しています。

そんな私たちレジルはさらなる事業拡大に向けて、新たなメンバーを募集します。

今回募集するのは誰もが知る有名な「大手でんき・ガスサービス」に関するお仕事です。

ご契約いただいているお客様からのお問い合わせ対応などを専門的に担当する、

「カスタマーサポート」部門の強化を行います。

【お任せするお仕事内容は・・・】

大手でんき・ガスサービスのカスタマーセンター業務です。

お客様対応とそれに付随するデータ処理を担当していただきます。

<業務内容>

*新規お申し込みのお客様の申込内容やお客様情報のデータ入力・処理

*ホームページ・メール問い合わせに対する、メール作成・送信対応

*お客様からの電話での問い合わせ対応

そのため、業務の「約7割がPC作業」となります。

また、お客様の95%以上が個人のお客様で、

電話は基本的にお客様からお問い合わせいただく

「受電」業務のため比較的案内がしやすいです。

*お客様への折り返し連絡やお客様の要望により、

架電を行う場合は一部発生します(1日1~5件程度)。

コツコツ黙々とメール作成やデータ入力だけでなく、

お客様と会話することで適度にリフレッシュができるので、

「黙々作業だけだと飽きちゃう」という方にもオススメです

【教育・研修について】

入社直後は座学研修を実施し、

2日目からOJTを通じて業務習得を進めていただきます。

その後「データ入力」「メール対応」をご経験いただき、

最後に「受電対応」をお任せしていきます。

段階を踏んで仕事の流れをしっかりと把握できるようになってから、

徐々に業務レベルをアップしていきますのでご安心ください。

いきなり初日から電話対応をお任せするようなことはございません。

お客様に安心・丁寧な対応をご提供できるように、

カスタマーサポートスタッフを丁寧に指導していきます。

【働き方について】

今回は週4~5日、9時~18時(1日8時間)勤務の募集です。

残業無しのフルタイム勤務に加え、お休みはシフトで希望を提出できるため、

子どもの学校行事などプライベートの都合にも対応がしやすいです。

また気になる給与は「時給1600円~」スタートのため、月収28万円以上も可能。

(時給1600円×1日8時間×週5日/月22日勤務)

メリハリを付けつつ、高時給でしっかりと安定した収入が得られるお仕事です。

もちろん社会保険も完備していますので、安心して働き続けられます。

安心・安定だけでなく、ピアスやネイル、髪型が自由な点や、

オフィスに格安の自動販売機や置き型社食を導入しているので、

【必須条件】

*基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方(タイピング・データ入力等)

*ビジネスシーンにおいて、丁寧で適切な言葉遣いができる方

電話・メールでのお客様対応がメインの仕事のため、

上記2点のスキルをお持ちの方を募集しています

*2026年2月1日より勤務可能な方は特に歓迎

>2月1日以降(3月~)希望の方も歓迎します

*コールセンターでのオペレーター経験者

*BtoCの接客・営業経験者

*toCのメール対応経験者

週5日勤務の場合

=月収28万1600円+交通費

高時給のお仕事だから、

フルタイムでしっかり稼げます

18時以降の勤務や残業が無いので、

9時~18時でメリハリを付けて

安定収入をGETできますよ
