【仕事内容】
大手電力会社の電気やガスに関する問合せ業務をお任せします
具体的には…
・契約者(お客様)からの使用料金や契約内容に関する問合せ対応(受電)
・契約者(お客様)からの契約情報開示、その他問合せ業務 など
※短期雇用の方には全体業務の一部のみ実施となります
~受付内容例:使用料確認の場合~
【1】受電メモ確認 受電システム(AI)から書き起こされたお客様情報を読み取り確認
【2】お客様本人確認 お客様情報をもとに契約番号照合、契約者名等からシステム検索
【3】使用料確認 システム契約者情報から該当月使用料情報を確認
【4】応対履歴保存 応対内容をテンプレートを用いて履歴の要点を記録
・受付件数:約3~4件/時間、約20~28件/日

時給1450円

JR「元町」駅から徒歩5分
【勤務時間・曜日】
8:45~17:15 (実働7時間30分 休憩1時間)
【資格・経験】
- 月~土曜日の週4日~OK
- 「駅チカ」徒歩5分なので仕事終わりにショッピングも楽しめる立地です
- 未経験でも丁寧な研修やサポートで安心です
- 服装・髪型・髪色自由・ネイル・ピアスOKお洒落は我慢しなくてOK
- 専用休憩室やロッカーも完備清潔でエアコン完備で快適です
- 定着率の良さが自慢です
- 短期募集ですが、長期への切り替えも相談可能です
