大手電力会社の電気・ガスサービスに関するコールセンター業務です。

既に契約中のお客さま対応が中心となります。

【発信】

・既存のお客さまへ新サービスのご案内

・料金確認サイトが仮登録のままのお客さまへ本登録のご案内

・リース商品を組み合わせたサービスのご案内

【受信】

・電気・ガス料金プランの試算、申込受付

・料金確認サイトのログインや操作方法のサポート

・ガス機器修理に関する問合せ対応

対応内容はマニュアルに沿ったものが中心で、

管理者が近くにいるため、わからないことはすぐに相談できる環境です。
