  • Process invoice, purchase orders, statements and general ledger data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
  • Ensure payments are made to vendors timely
  • Electronic and hard copy filing of invoices
  • Must work in safe, prudent and organized manner
  • Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations
  • To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management
  • 請求書、発注書、明細書、総勘定元帳のデータ入力を正確かつ効率的に処理する。
  • 未払金に関する綿密な記録の管理
  • ベンダーへの支払いをタイムリーに行う
  • 請求書の電子ファイリングおよびハードコピーファイリング
  • 安全、慎重かつ組織的に業務を遂行すること
  • ホテルの方針、手続き、関連法規を理解し、遵守すること。
  • 上層部から指定されたその他の職務を遂行する準備ができ、責任を負うこと。

資格

  • More than 3 year experience in accounts payable on company with >100 employees
  • Knowledge equivalent to Level 2 of the Bookkeeping certification
  • Experience working in a hotel is preferred
  • English proficiency highly desirable
  • Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

     
  • 従業員数100名以上の企業での買掛金業務経験3年以上
  • 簿記検定2級相当の知識
  • ホテル勤務経験者優遇
  • 英語力があることが望ましい
  • 対人能力、問題解決能力

  • テンポの速い環境でプレッシャーに負けずに働く能力
  • チームの一員として同僚と協調して働く能力
