The Role
Capital solutions executive will help to fulfill our mission of satisfying our customers needs for payment plans and other financing, while managing investor partners that support the funding necessary for the business, all with operational excellence.
The Capital Solutions executive is responsible for Kyndryl's success in the marketplace through providing Kyndryl's customers with payment plans and other financings, providing ready access to investor capital and financing solutions that satisfy Kyndryl's customers needs and providing needed operations support to closing transactions with Kyndryl's customers and investors. The Capital Solutions Executive will manage investor and customer relationships, close transactions with customers and investors and grow customer and investor relationships.
Who You Are
3 years of experience in financing, leasing and capital markets
Negotiation skills
Selling skills
Ability to work as part of a solution- oriented team
Knowledge of credit
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to clients
Advanced Microsoft excel and word skills (Power BI skills a plus)
Highly organized with attention to detail, with excellent teaming and adaptabilites
