Rakuten Group seeks a team member to build a comprehensive risk management system and handle crisis management for the purpose of achieving the Group's further growth.
This role involves managing tasks including domestic and overseas operations, promoting the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system, incident management, business continuity planning (BCP) system establishment, and crisis management system establishment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, English ability, and problem-solving skills, with experience in project promotion and risk management system establishment in a global company desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing tasks including domestic and overseas operations
- Promoting the ERM system
- Incident management
- Establishing the BCP system
- Establishing a crisis management system
Required qualifications include:
- Communication skills: Ability to propose and coordinate proposals for negotiations with management and various other stakeholders
- English ability: Ability to coordinate proposals for negotiations with native speakers of overseas business
- Problem-solving skills: research, analysis, planning, documentation, and presentation skills
Desired qualifications include:
- Experience in project promotion (structuring, management, communication with internal and external stakeholders)
- Experience in establishing a risk management system in a global company
Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
