Job Title: Risk Management Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Rakuten Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a comprehensive risk management system that ensures the continued growth and success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate proposals for negotiations with management and various stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, with native-level fluency desired. Experience in project promotion and establishing risk management systems in a global company is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure business continuity
- Promote the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system throughout the organization
- Manage incidents and establish Business Continuity Planning (BCP) systems
- Establish a crisis management system to respond to emerging risks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English with native-level fluency desired
- Experience in project promotion and risk management system establishment
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
