【職務内容】

▼入社当初の想定業務

(1)勤怠管理、月次給与計算、社会保険事務を含む労務関連事務全般

(2)衛生管理業務

(3)営繕、社内福利業務全般

(4)各種法改正対応

(5)若手社員および派遣社員の管理指導

▼その後は適性に応じて下記業務を担当します。

・社内諸規則改定

・労働組合対応

・電子化を含めた各種業務改善

・各種労務問題対応

・社内ネットワーク管理

・各種プロジェクトへの参画

【キャリアパス】

入社後はまず副課長から労務業務を引き継ぎ、幅広く経験をしていただきます。

一例ですが、2~3年ほどで独り立ち、その後は業務改善や総務部門全体の業務もお任せします。

また5~10年後には、役職としてのマネジメントを含め高次の業務を担っていただくことを期待しています。
